Log in to your account and toggle auto-renew off from the Subscriptions section (if you're on a mobile device, you'll need to tap the Menu button in the top right first).

You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period and won't be charged for the next month. Your podcast feed will stop showing new episodes after your membership expiration date.
