Now that the Blackhawks have moved on to the second round of he playoffs and Janet has had successful knee replacement surgery, I can finally think about getting my fat ass back in a seat at the United Center. I heard the Vancouver coach say that the game is on Friday. He’s the handsome guy with the French name. The Blackhawk website still says TDB, but my money is on a Friday 8:00 pm puck drop to accommodate the Pacific Time Zone nature of the Vancouver fans. I am really looking forward to the matchup with the Canucks because there is some awesome bad blood between the two teams. Janet is coming home from the hospital on Thursday, so that only gives me a few days to conduct interviews for a sexy nurse who can cook and keep an eye on my wife while I’m away at sporting events and on important business. Did you know that Canuck is both a term of affection and a derogatory word? I think it's Canada's version of the "N" word. Canuck, please!
